Q: Why are your starter websites just one page?
A: Because one page is affordable and gets your business online quickly
while still being extremely effective. A one page web site also allows
you to get acquainted with how your site will serve your business before
further investment. Also note that you always have the option to add more
pages to your web site at our standard fee of $65/page. Just call us at

Q: How long will it take to build my starter site?
Your site will be available for your clients to access within
one to three business days of your order, depending on how quickly we
receive your content. This fast turnaround time is part of the value of
our starter websites. A typical website with five to twenty five pages
takes weeks or months to figure out the design, the copy, and the focus.
Q: Why can't I just fill out a form and get my site up immediately?
Our current research shows that small businesses
do not want to go through the process of configuring
their websites online and would rather just submit their
content to us and let us do the work. Furthermore, one
of the benefits of our current system is that we are
not database dependent, which means that we can easily
migrate your web site without having to rebuild a database
for you, which would be extremely costly.
Q: What can a one page website achieve, if anything?
A: It can increase client convenience. Through your web site, you will be
able to give clients easy access to your contact information, a summary
of your expertise, office directions, links to other resources, as well
as appointment scheduling. Furthermore, we believe you will receive excellent
value by being able to say to your clients:
-"Check my website for my availability or to book an appointment."
-"Check my website for directions to my office."
-"Check my website to learn more about what I do. I have a great
link to an article that talks about it."

Q: Why do you require one year of hosting?
A: Frankly, it would be impossible for us to offer an affordable starter web site
without a one year hosting contract. Furthermore, trying to set up your website on
another host would be a costly variable that we could not control, primarily
because every host has a different system for posting website content.
Lastly, hosting your web site allows us to get your site up quickly
and conveniently. Trying to get the hosting credentials from your hosting
company could delay the site launch process by anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks.
Q: What happens once I sign up?
A: We will contact you within one business day to give you instructions
on how to send us your website content and payment.
Q: How do I configure my email?
A: If you have email that you are currently happy with, we recommend that
you continue with that service. If you would like to use your email accounts
with us, your email can easily be configured thru your Outlook or Outlook
Express, or you can check your email online thru a webmail account that
we can create for you.
Q: How do I make changes to my website once it's up?
A: If you sign up for enhanced web hosting (extra $10/month), we will
make 2 -3 changes to your website per month. If you have less frequent
changes, we will bill you according to our update schedule of $60/hour. Email us with
website changes.
